Light, Fluffy and oh so very Yummy!!! If you were wanting to make my Rainbow Cake and were wondering what kind of icing I used on it here is the recipe. I get tons of rave reviews whenever I make it so you know you are going to love it.
Cool Whip Frosting Recipe
1 c. Milk
1 (3.3 oz) Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix (or use whatever flavor you prefer)
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Mix the Milk & pudding until combined. Fold in the Cool Whip. Frost your cake or cupcakes. Refrigerate the cake after you have frosted it.
